IBS Sr. Tech Writer, Ft. George G. Meade, MD Subcontractor will serve as direct support to the lead engineer. Frequent interaction with the IBS Program Office, Global IBS Support Center (GIBSSC), various support contractors and Joint Service users will be required. The position will also provide support for the following activities: o Work with teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of scientific and technical information and requirements o Develop technical documentation that is easy-to-understand and meets applicable standards o Develop diagrams, charts, and graphs that increase the user's understanding of technical information o Analyze and present complex and technical information in a format that is easy to read and understand to a wide range of audiences o Develop and maintain an internal documentation library. o Perform other duties as assigned
System Administrators Level 1-4
System Administrator shall possess the following capabilities:Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems (U) Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems (U) Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems (U) Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems (U) Perform account management, e.g. establishing, activating, modifying, disabling, and removing accounts. Four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Five (5) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Requires DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I certification, and Computing Environment (CE) Certification. The CE certification requirements can be fulfilled with either Microsoft OS, Cent OS/Red Hat OS CE certifications. (U) Two (2) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required.
